Collaborating with KORA, Nichols Architects have crafted a structure that speaks to the elements, featuring glass, white metal, and stucco for the tower, and bronze-colored metal for the podium and crown.

Covering 3.7 acres with a 24-story tower and expansive deck, the W Pompano Beach project will feature a mix of 380 luxury condos and hotel/condo units. The residential units will include a variety of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom options. The generous podium will offer over 30,000 square feet of amenities, including banquet facilities, a spa, a hotel restaurant, a tenant restaurant, retail space, three pools, and multiple sports courts. Most of the amenities will be located on the third floor.
