534-Foot Miami World Tower Has Been Approved By Miami’s Planning Department – The Next Miami

NBWW’s Miami World Tower first phase has received approval from Miami’s Planning & Zoning Department.

A warrant to build the multi-family residential property was issued on November 25, city records show.
The 54-story tower will top off at 534 feet above ground, according to plans submitted to Miami’s Urban development Review Board earlier this year.
Miami World Tower phase 1 will include:
- 560 residential units
- 3,136 square feet retail
- 421 vehicle parking pedestal
A separate retail and office development is planned for the same block by Miami Worldcenter’s master developer. The site is known as Block E.
Lalezarian Properties of New York is the developer.
