A Mandarin Oriental Hotel is being constructed at the corner of Federal Highway and East Camino Real in downtown Boca Raton. The ultra-luxury resort will contain 163 guest rooms and the residential tower will host 85 private residences. Following the news of the project’s re-financing, the project has now announced the expected opening date for 2025.

The project has received constant updates to ensure the best design standards are applied on the project. Nichols Architects have joined the team in 2018, along with SB Architects, Jack Nicklaus, HBA and Penn-Florida.

The hotel will be one of 36 in 24 different countries, and the residences will be one of 10 worldwide.
