The Next Miami paid a visit to Modera Riverside, designed by Nichols Architects, and got great night photos from the river view.
The residential building rises 36 floors and will include 428 apartments when it is complete.

A second tower, Nexus Riverside, has already been filed and approved by the Miami Urban Review Board. Also designed by Nichols, the new building will have the same height and hold 345 apartments. A ground break for phase two is yet to be scheduled.
