Vertical Construction Underway At Nichols Designed 36-Story Modera Riverside – The Next Miami

In downtown Miami, the 36-story Modera Riverside is now going vertical, according to photos by Ryan RC Rea.
Modera Riverside. Designed by Nichols Architects.
The project was formerly known as Nexus Riverside.
It will include 428 rental apartments, 4,266 square feet of ground floor retail, and an eight story parking garage.
… Mill Creek residential and Adler Group are the developers of Modera Riverside, with Nichols Architects as designer.
