The Real Deal Interactive Map: 3,000 Nichols Architects Units on their way to Miami Worldcenter
The Real Deal listed on their website an interactive map feature that provides information on upcoming projects on Miami Worldcenter.
With four projects in the area, Nichols Architects was featured with some of the largest numbers in the piece.
Out of 8,400 residential units listed by the newspaper, nearly 2,600 are on Nichols Architects’ Miami World Towers, developed by Lalezarian Properties. Another 351 units were approved last month on a new project on Block C, amounting to nearly 3,000 residential units on Nichols Architects designs.
