Speeches were made, toasts were raised, and a row of shovels tossed dirt into the air to mark the start of something big. Their strategy is reinforced by the local insight of Nitin and Dev Motwani, who—along with their mother—helped lay the foundation for the family’s successful ventures in Broward.
