‘Starchitects’ partner with Nichols Architects in Miami – Global Miami Magazine

Igor Reyes, from Nichols Architects was featured on this month’s edition of the GLOBAL MIAMI MAGAZINE, sharing insights about partnerships our team has engaged with Starchitects. On this type of project, our team serves as design consultants and executive architects, providing insights into local code requirements, and making sure the design intent is followed through during construction. The result are stunning buildings with a signature that are not only beautiful but build to last through hurricanes, floods and the scorching Florida Sun.
“Nichols provided excellent technical and design support during the early design phases. As we’ve moved into the construction documents phase, they’ve been stalwart” said Kristin Hawkins, partner at Pelli Clarke & Partners, with whom Nichols Architects is currently collaborating on the West Palm Point Tower, a commercial building in West Palm.
Besides PCP’s team, Nichols Architects have worked with Bjarke Ingles Group, Morris Adjmi Architects and Gensler on the various hospitality, mixed use, and residential towers you see on the gallery below.
