Regency Parc Announces Partnership with Future Restaurant – BISNOW
Upscale Italian restaurant Zucca will move into the new luxury apartment building in Coral Gables by Codina Partners.
Designed by Nichols Architects, Regency Parc will offer 130 carefully crafted apartments, ranging from 1,490 square feet with two bedrooms to 3,975 square feet with four bedrooms. The uppermost floors showcase even larger units, with the top three levels devoted to expansive full-floor residences, often referred to as “residences in the sky.”
The restaurant agreed to occupy 6,400 square feet of indoor space and covered outdoor seating in Regency Parc, which is under construction at 2601 Salzedo St.
Once Regency Parc opens in 2026, Zucca will move there from its current space in historic Hotel St. Michel. Erasmo da Silva, the owner of Zucca, stated that “It was impossible to refuse the opportunity to be part of this unique and iconic building. This new space will allow us to serve even more customers in an elevated space that is at the heart of the City Beautiful.”
