This project, located in the historically African American neighborhood of Overtown, is a fantastic example of community-driven development and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see it move forward. We want to extend a huge congratulations to the team for their exceptional work on this project: Beacon Advisors, Mitchell Newman, Greenberg Traurig, Witkin Hults + Partners, and our own designers at Nichols Architects.
