Construction is underway on a new commercial building in Downtown Miami, marking another milestone for the evolving Miami Worldcenter district.

Developed by Flow and built by Brickell Construction Group, the project will bring new commercial spaces to the 7th Street Promenade, activating the pedestrian walkway behind Miami World Towers and enhancing the area’s connectivity and street life.

With Miami World Tower 1 completed and most Block F tenants now open, the district continues to take shape as a vibrant hub in the heart of the city.
