Nichols Architects’ Modera Riverside Tops Out
Exciting News: Modera Riverside, a project crafted by Nichols Architects, has officially topped out as of last Friday, January 26th.
Strategically positioned at the crossroads of Brickell, Downtown Miami, and the Miami River District, this residential tower comprises 428 apartments, spanning from studios to three-bedroom units distributed across 36 levels.
A second tower, Nexus 1B, also designed by the Nichols team, will occupy the lot adjacent to the tower. It was approved last November on Miami’s UDRB and has already filled for a construction permit.
