Nichols Architects-Designed 36-Story ‘Modera Riverside’ Tops Out At 300 SW 2nd Avenue In Downtown Miami – Florida YIMBY

As of Friday, January 26th, the 410-foot-tall structure reached its final height of 36 stories, positioning itself at the intersection of Brickell, downtown Miami, and the burgeoning Miami River District. The residential tower, located at 300 Southwest 2nd Avenue, will boast 428 apartments, offering a diverse range of living spaces from cozy studios to expansive three-bedroom units, catering to a broad spectrum of residents. Construction is expected to be completed later this year.

Recent photos were provided to YIMBY by Nichols Architects, showcasing the latest advancements in construction. The building has reached a significant construction milestone with its topping off, and from the ground floor up, it asserts a commanding presence in the cityscape. The structure’s base is characterized by robust diagonal columns, which provide essential support while delivering a striking architectural statement.
