Strategic Property Partners (SPP), the developers behind America’s first WELL Certified community, have just revealed what’s next for Water Street Tampa Phase II.

A new residential tower, designed by Gensler with Nichols Architects serving as Architects of Record, will be the tallest building in the neighborhood, at just over 400 feet. The project is Nichols fourth in the area, following the successes of JW Marriott Waterstreet, Marriott Tampa, and EDITION Tampa, a collaboration with the New York firm Morris Adjmi.

The other structures announced include an office building and a mixed development featuring parking garage and a hotel.
