It’s still only a teaser, but the South Florida Business Journal and Florida YIMBY have both picked up the news that The Related Group and BH Group are planning a new building in Pompano Beach. The project is led by Nichols Architects in collaboration with KORA, and while the official announcement is yet to be made, the city’s Development Review Committee has received and revised plans for the project on August 7th. 

This is the second collaboration between Nichols Architects, KORA and the Related Group in the city. Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach was announced last year, and the Sales Gallery is currently open at 1213 South Ocean Blvd. Pompano Beach, FL 33062.
