This week, Arlo Hotels officially opened the doors on its newest Miami property, Arlo Wynwood, welcoming guests to the first hotel built in one of the city’s most colorful neighborhoods. It was designed by Nichols Architects from Coral Gables.

The boutique hotel offers 217-rooms, a new restaurant called MaryGold’s, which will open later in November, a cocktail lounge called Higher Ground, and a rooftop pool deck that offers 360-degree views of Miami. It also includes a fitness center and complimentary bikes for guests to use to explore the neighborhood.

For rooms, Arlo Wynwood will have two options—a standard king room and a standard double room.

The hotel also sought to bring Wynwood in—the neighborhood has been known as Miami’s Arts District, with full life-size murals scattered around the streets and art galleries, including one of the originals in the area Unwood Walls, an outdoor museum, everywhere you look.
