Miami Worldcenter has filed building plans for a new retail building.

There are also rumors that Worldcenter may be getting an Apple Store, according to a Tweet from Ryan RC Rea, citing a source.
The new standalone retail building is known as Block F West and is planned next to World Square, on the same block as the “Jewelry Box” retail building… designed by Coral Gables firm, Nichols Architects.
