The luxury residential tower designed by Nichols Architects keeps setting price records.

A full-floor condo with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico has hit the market for $11.95 million, making it among the priciest homes on the market in Sarasota, Florida.  The 5,855-square-foot condo, listed earlier this month with Lisa Morris of Douglas Elliman, comprises the 17th floor of Epoch, a luxury residential building designed by Nichols Architects completed in 2021.

The owner’s suite includes a dressing room, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to one of the home’s three sprawling terraces. The home also has three secondary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a guest beverage station, a powder room and two laundry facilities.

The condo is one of 23 in the building and comes with secured indoor parking for three cars as well as additional storage space. Homeowner perks include Epoch’s on-site wellness center, residents’ club, and 70-foot outdoor pool with a sun deck. The building’s location, along the waterfront and just a few blocks from prime downtown Sarasota, is another major perk, Morris said.
