Construction cranes in Coral Gables: Regency Parc is Going Vertical – New Photos
Coral Gables, 5-2-2024 – Regency Parc, an ambitious 18-story luxury residential tower, has broken ground early this year and it’s now going vertical at the heart of Coral Gables. Developed by Codina Partners and meticulously designed by Nichols Architects, this visionary project is poised to reshape urban living with its distinctive architecture and an array of unparalleled amenities.
Regency Parc will offer 130 carefully crafted apartments and a dedicated 5,500-square-foot space for a restaurant. The residences vary in size, ranging from 1,490 square feet with two bedrooms to 3,975 square feet with four bedrooms. The uppermost floors showcase even larger units, with the top three levels devoted to expansive full-floor residences, often referred to as “residences in the sky.” Adding to the allure is the seventh-floor amenity deck, complete with standard and lap pools, indoor and outdoor kitchen facilities, a fitness center with sauna and steam room, and a secluded “yoga yard.” Adding to the allure is the seventh-floor amenity deck, complete with standard and lap pools, indoor and outdoor kitchen facilities, a fitness center with sauna and steam room, and a secluded “yoga yard.”
Strategically positioned, Regency Parc promises an integrated urban experience for its future residents. Surrounded by workspaces, retail options, and dining establishments, the site caters to those seeking a harmonious lifestyle. The ground level, featuring well-designed pathways and retail spaces, activates the sidewalks and contributes to a vibrant streetscape.
Notably, Nichols Architects, located on the same street as the project, brings a wealth of experience to Regency Parc. The 56-year-old architectural group specializes in the design of 4- and 5-star Hotels, as well as Luxury Residential High-rises. The close proximity of Nichols Architects’ office to the project site ensures a deep connection to the community and an understanding of the local context.
The expertise of Nichols Architects played a pivotal role in securing unanimous approval from the city’s Development Review Committee, Board of Architects, Historic Preservation Board, and Planning & Zoning Department. The groundbreaking took place earlier this year and construction can now be observed on the site reaching the third level. The project is expected to be completed in 2026.
