Arlo Wynwood has broken ground. It is the first hotel to break ground in Wynwood, according to Juan Andres Nava, a managing director at broker Metro 1. A multi-level retail building at Miami Worldcenter described as a “jewel box” by its architect, NBWW, will begin construction next month, representatives of the developer have confirmed.
