1.3 million sf (651,000 sf each building)
Two 15-story buildings
760 apartments
19,700 sf of commercial space
700 parking spaces per building
Morning and evening pool venues
Full amenity package (gym, spa, meeting rooms, etc.)

A row of marine-related warehouses near the Dania Pointe mixed-use project redeveloped into apartments and commercial space.

“The Wave development is a true mixed-use project where residents can live, work, and relax in the same facility. With its rich mixture of uses and program, The Waves is responding directly to the current social and economic needs of its community.” NBWW’s Juan Cordozo continues: “As a wave, the design captures movement and dynamism to break away from the rigidity of the typical tower development. It opens infinite possibilities of vistas from the outside (urban experience), as well as vistas from the inside (people inhabiting the building). The light plays with the alternating angles creating ever changing shadows that activate the way one experiences the building from both the outside and the inside.”
