MET 2 is a dual-tower development in downtown Miami, combining luxury hospitality with premier commercial office space. The project features the JW Marriott Marquis Miami and Hotel Beaux Arts Miami on one side, and the 47-story Wells Fargo office tower on the other.

The hotel tower includes 313 guest rooms, 80,000 square feet of meeting space, and an entertainment complex with an NBA-approved basketball court and virtual bowling alley. Hotel Beaux Arts offers an exclusive retreat with 44 ultra-contemporary guest rooms and personalized services. The Class A office tower provides over 750,000 square feet of commercial space, along with 10,000 square feet of retail and a shared parking garage with over 1,400 spaces for both towers.

“When you bring people downtown—creating spaces where they can work, stay, and thrive—you breathe life into the city’s core. With the Wells Fargo Commercial Center and the Marriott Marquis anchoring MET 2, downtown Miami becomes more than a destination—it’s a dynamic, thriving community.”
