In Louisiana’s storied Warehouse District, a new chapter unfolds—one that draws inspiration from the elegance of Art Deco and the enduring legacy of World War II. The building stands as both tribute and continuation, connecting visitors to history through every thoughtful detail. The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center, operated by Hostmark Hospitality Group, includes 230 guestrooms across 8 levels, with 35 suites and one Presidential Suite. Guests experience a full suite of amenities, from a rooftop bar with views of the city to a ground-floor restaurant with private dining. Other features include a 1,200-square-foot fitness center, business center, concierge lounge, and lobby bar—all seamlessly integrated to support the hotel’s dual role as a refined hospitality destination and a working conference facility.

The hotel features more than 10,700 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including a 6,800-square-foot conference center and six additional meeting rooms.
“The design is inspired by the Art Deco style of the 1940s, honoring the historical period that the museum uncovers and serving as a transcendent experience of such a celebratory, elegant and romantic era. The hotel and conference center undoubtedly stands as a timeless destination for guests.”
