Water Street Tampa wins Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence – That’s So Tampa

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has selected Strategic Property Partner’s (SPP) Water Street Tampa for one of this year’s Americas Awards for Excellence. ULI began the Awards for Excellence program in 1979 to recognize superior development efforts in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Winning projects represent the highest standards of achievement in the land use profession and encompass a wide range of land uses, sizes, investments, and geographic locations.
“SPP is honored ULI chose Water Street Tampa for the industry’s most prestigious award which recognizes the incredible efforts of our team,” said Brad Cooke, SPP’s Senior Vice President of Development. “Years of diligent collaboration with public stakeholders and the best consultants in the business resulted in a project that hopes to provide a template for other thoughtful mixed-use development around the country.”
