A variety of major commercial real estate developments across the Upstate are underway or preparing for construction. Here are status updates on a few notable projects around the region.
North Markley Street, Greenville
Developers plan to break ground on Kimpton Hotel & Residences’ new boutique hotel and luxury residential tower in the first quarter of 2024. Keene Development Group and Collins & Fine Group are working together on this project.
Located in downtown Greenville’s West End, the project features 134 hotel rooms and 28 residential condominiums all contained in the same building. The building will also include a pool deck and common spaces for restaurants and entertainment venues.
The official name for the new hotel is still being discussed.
