Today we participated in our first Virtual Legislative Planning Board Hearing with the City of Miami Beach, and our Fontainbleau Ballroom Expansion was unanimously approved! The design is composed of a faceted curtain wall, angled roof trellis, and “bowtie” cladding. These elements express the rich history and architecture of the Fontainbleau Resort in a contemporary language.
