Site Work Underway At 308-Unit Wynhouse After Permit Issued – The Next Miami

Construction activity has now begun at the site of yet another major Wynwood project – Wynhouse by Nichols Architects.

The Wynhouse is planned to include 308 residential units, 24,114 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 107 parking spaces, along with a public paseo.
Photos from the site last week by Ryan RC Rea shows site work activity now underway.
Nichols is the architect, with interior design by Rockwell.
An affiliate of Fisher Brothers is the developer.
