Plans Revealed For The Wynhouse With 308 Residential Units

A New York developer has submitted plans for a residential project in Wynwood by Nichols Architects.
Wynhouse by Nichols Architects
The Wynhouse (also named FB Wynwood in the application documents) is proposed to rise 8 stories and include:
- 308 residential units
- 24,114 square feet of ground floor commercial space, along with 8,250 square feet of public paseo space
- 107 valet-operated parking spaces on one level
Nichols Architects is the architect, with interior design by Rockwell.
An affiliate of Fisher Brothers is the developer.
