Nichols designed Miami World Tower Reaches Level 50 Of Construction – The Next Miami

Construction at Miami World Tower has reached the 50th floor, a new photo by Phillip Pessar shows.

That means that top off is near, with a total of 53 floors planned at the apartment tower.
The top off height is planned at 579 feet above ground, or 590 feet above sea level.
Miami World Tower 1 is planned to include:
- 565 apartments
- 3,000 square feet of full service restaurant
- 401 parking spaces on levels
