Nichols designed 36-Story Downtown Miami Apartment Tower Submitted To FAA After UDRB Approval

Phase 1B Of Nexus Riverside has been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration.
According to the December filing, Nexus Riverside Phase 1B is planned to rise to rise 410 feet above ground or 412 feet above sea level.
The work schedule for the project is listed as beginning in July 2024.
The first phase, a 36-story tower known as Modera Riverside, is already well under construction. It is planned to include 428 apartments.
The second phase, known as Nexus Riverside Phase 1B was submitted to the Urban Development Review Board in November. It is also proposed to rise 36 stories and include:
- 345 residential units
- 393 parking spaces in a parking garage
Nichols Architects designed Modera Riverside and Nexus Riverside.
