Nexus Riverside Developer Signs Utilities Deal For 350 Additional Apartments – The Next Miami

Downtown Miami’s Nexus Riverside is already under construction, with a 36-story tower rising designed by Nichols Architects.

The developer has now signed a utilities agreement to add hundreds more units.
According to the September 6 agreement with Miami Dade’s Water & Sewer Department, Nexus Riverside 1B will include:
- 350 apartments
- 521 square feet of full service restaurant
The first tower now under construction is planned to include include 428 rental apartments, 4,266 square feet of ground floor retail, and an eight story parking garage.
