We’re thrilled to announce that the Miami World Tower Phase 1 (MWT1), a 56-story residential tower designed by Nichols Architects, has reached an exciting new milestone: the first Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has been granted as of October 25, 2024. This achievement signifies that MWT1 is nearly ready to welcome its first residents to experience life at the heart of Miami’s dynamic cityscape.

Situated within Miami Worldcenter, MWT1 is result of the collaboration and hard work of dedicated teams, including our valued partners at Lalezarian Properties and Coastal Construction. Together, we’ve shaped this project with careful attention to design and quality, creating an exceptional living destination that exemplifies Miami’s growth as a world-class urban center.

As MWT1 nears completion, we’re looking forward to seeing it become a vibrant part of the city’s skyline and an inspiring new space for residents.
