Miami World Tower 1, the first phase of the Miami World Towers development at Miami Worldcenter, officially opened at the end of 2024, introducing 560 rental units to Downtown Miami. Standing 579 feet tall and comprising 53 stories, the tower enhances the city’s skyline with its sleek and modern design. It features a fully glazed façade and a unique arrangement of balconies that create a subtle wave-like pattern along its exterior. The project was developed by Lalezarian Properties and designed by Nichols Architects, with Coastal Construction Group serving as the general contractor and DeSimone Consulting Engineers providing structural engineering services.

Recent aerial and ground-level photographs capture the building’s finished exterior, reflecting a high construction quality standard. Unlike some projects that undergo value engineering or cost-cutting measures, Tower 1 appears to have maintained its design integrity from concept to completion.
