Lalezarian Applies For FAA Approval To Build Up To 579 Feet At Miami World Tower – The Next Miami
Plans to build the 53-story Miami World Tower have been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration.

The application was filed on January 28.
According to the filing, Miami World Tower’s tallest point will reach 579 feet above ground, or 590 feet above sea level.
Here’s how it compares to neighboring buildings at Miami Worldcenter:
- Caoba Miami Worldcenter – 485 feet above ground and 496 feet above sea level (completed)
- Bezel Miami Worldcenter – 493 feet above ground level, or 503 feet above sea level (topped off)
- Miami World Tower – 579 feet above ground, or 590 feet above sea level (applied)
- Legacy Miami Worldcenter – 661 feet above ground, or 671 feet above sea level (approved)
- Paramount Miami Worldcenter – 699 feet above ground, or 709 feet above sea level (completed)
The developer of Miami World Tower also applied for approval to install placing booms to assist with construction. They will temporarily rise 609 and 679 feet above ground.
Miami World Tower will include 557 residential units.
Plans for the first tower have been approved, and a construction permit is now pending.
NBWW is the architect and Coastal Construction is the contractor.
A second tower is also planned, but plans have not been filed yet.
