Hundreds More Residents Set To Move To Downtown Miami In City’s ‘Largest Transit-Oriented Development Ever’
The twin-tower Park-Line towers above downtown Miami’s Virgin Trains hub will be ready for move ins beginning this month, its developers announced today in a press release.
With over 816 residences in two towers, the development is certain to bring new life into the area.
It is also the largest transit-oriented development in Miami’s history, and “one of the country’s first true transit oriented developments,” the developer said. Only valet parking is being offered.
“Park-Line Miami is set to offer the region luxury living like nothing Miami has ever seen before,” said Najam Syed, head of asset management at Brightline. “In addition to its centralized location in Miami’s most dynamic market, the accessibility to regional transportation and the vast amenities that Virgin MiamiCentral offers are incomparable in today’s residential market. Residents can enjoy a car-free lifestyle and simply take an elevator ride to dine at Central Fare, connect with Brightline to get to West Palm Beach or Fort Lauderdale and explore Downtown Miami within minutes.”
Park-Line apartments will be “the most connected residences” in Miami, according to Brightline.
ParkLine architects are OMA and NBWW.
