Foundation Work Now Underway At Downtown Miami’s 428-Unit Modera Riverside – The Next Miami

Foundation equipment has moved onto the downtown Miami site where the 36-story Modera Riverside apartment tower is being built.

A revised Notice of Commencement marking the start of construction was filed on April 4 (the original Notice of Commencement for the project was filed in December 2021).
According to the filing, Modera Riverside will include:
- 428 dwelling units and amenity spaces
- 4,266 square feet of retail space
- 505 parking spaces
First move-ins are anticipated for August 2024, according to the website of developer Mill Creek Residential.
The project is designed by Nichols Architects (NBWW) of Coral Gables, FL.
