Fisher Bros. obtains $118M construction loan for Nichols designed Wynwood development

Fisher Brothers Management obtained a $117.5 million construction loan for an apartment project in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, marking its first development in the city.

The developer obtained approval for an 8-story project with 312 apartments, 27,500 square feet of restaurant/retail space and about 120 parking spaces.
The building will have a T-shape pedestrian paseo on the ground floor. Some of the retail space would line the paseo, not the outside streets. Amenities would include a rooftop pool and an interior courtyard.
