The first glass has been installed at the 36-story Modera Riverside apartment tower under construction in downtown Miami. New photos by Phillip Pessar.

Modera Riverside is planned to include:

• 428 dwelling units and amenity spaces
• 4,266 square feet of retail space
• 505 parking spaces

Groundbreaking took place in Spring of 2022, with vertical construction beginning in early 2023. First move-ins are anticipated for August 2024, according to the website of developer Mill Creek Residential.

The project is designed by Coral Gables firm, Nichols Architects.
