January was a devilish month in Broward County, with 666 condos sold, making for an interesting start to the new year.

Unit S1506 at Auberge Beach Residences at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale clinched the title as the priciest sale last month at $4.3 million, or $1,522 per square foot.
