BridgeInvest Provides $15.7M Loan for 53-Story Tower at Miami Worldcenter – YIMBY

BridgeInvest has closed a $15.7 million loan to refinance existing debt on Block C East, a 1.4-acre development site at 155 NE 10th Street within the Miami Worldcenter district. The financing supports plans for a 53-story mixed-use tower by Falcone Group, further expanding the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter, one of the largest mixed-use developments in the country.

The proposed 53-story tower is designed by Nichols Architects, a Coral Gables-based firm known for high-profile hospitality and residential developments, including the Miami World Towers at Block E and several luxury hotels. The development site is located near the Miami Worldcenter promenade and adjacent to the 60-story Paramount condominium tower.

The tower will integrate a mix of uses, including 351 luxury condominiums, 280 hotel rooms, and several floors of premium retail and dining experiences. The first two levels will feature 3,500 square feet of retail space and an 8,000-square-foot restaurant with a two-story design extending to a rooftop area. A 10th-floor pool deck will be reserved exclusively for residents, while the 25th-floor hotel pool deck will feature a bar, lounge, and mezzanine offering panoramic views of the Miami skyline.

Nichols Architects has incorporated a unique massing strategy, opening the core of the tower and splitting its volume to create a dramatic architectural statement. This approach allows for expansive outdoor terraces, maximizing natural light and offering unobstructed city views. The project also includes six floors of structured parking, a gym, spa, and multiple meeting spaces.
