Balconies Now Visible At Nichols Designed Miami World Tower: ‘Wave Crests Approaching Shore’ – The Next Miami

At Miami Worldcenter, the 53-story Miami World Tower is continuing to rise, with balconies now in view, new photos by Kyle Merville show.

The shell of the tower now appears to be at around level 29.
The balconies are designed to appear as wave crests approaching the shore, the developer said in a 2020 submission to the city. The overall effect is that of a building in motion, the developer added.
Miami World Tower 1 is planned to include:
- 565 apartments
- 3,000 square feet of full service restaurant
- 401 parking spaces on levels
Nichols is the architect.
