Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose in the third week of January. Brokers closed 119 condo sales totaling $42.6 million from Jan. 12 to Jan. 19. The previous week, brokers closed 76 condo sales totaling $34.5 million.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $850,000 to $2.9 million. The highest priced deal was a unit on a Condo designed by Nichols Architects.

Unit N704 at Auberge Beach Residences, at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, took the top spot with a $2.9 million closing. The sale closed at $1,517 per square foot after 53 days on market.

Maritza Meza Giusti with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Adam Elmer with Fortune Christie’s International Realty brought the buyer.
