A 25-story apartment project has been proposed on a long-vacant site in the Overtown neighborhood of Miami.
Block 19 would total 606,942 square feet, with two towers rising from a parking pedestal. There would be 413 apartments, 23,000 square feet of retail and 505 parking spaces. There would be an amenity/pool deck on the seventh floor and rooftop amenities on both towers.
Coral Gables-based Nichols Architects designed the building.
