Zom Living has completed the Muze apartments, the final phase of the Metropolitan Miami project downtown.

Designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates (NBWW), with the interior design done by Stantec, the tower at 340 S.E. Third St. has 391 apartments in 43 stories. The apartments range from 519-square-foot studios starting at $1,911, to 1,410-square-foot units with three bedrooms starting at $3,901. Penthouses start at $6,100.

Metropolitan Miami (Met Miami), by master developer MDM, has three residential towers, the JW Marriott Marquis Miami hotel, the Hotel Beaux Arts Miami, the Wells Fargo office tower, a Whole Foods Market, the Silverspot Cinema, and multiple restaurants. It also includes a historical exhibit on the Tequesta tribe and the site of the former Royal Palm Hotel by Henry Flagler. NBWW was the architect for the MET projects.

The first building at Met Miami was completed in 2008.
