Lalezarian unveils next phase of Miami Worldcenter

Lalezarian Properties, through affiliate Miami World Towers LLC, has proposed the next phase of the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter.
Its 52-story Miami World Tower would total 834,795 square feet. It would have 560 multifamily units, 3,136 square feet of retail, and 401 parking spaces. Amenities would include a fitness center, theater room, 3,293 square feet of lounges, a sports deck and a rooftop pool deck.
It would rise on the 2.17-acre site at 700 N.E. First Ave.
The project is designed by NBWW – Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Assoc.
