The latest renderings released by Smith & Associates Real Estate reaffirm the excitement so many have felt since the initial announcement of the project.

Through a partnership with Marriott International and the Ian Schrager Company, The Tampa EDITION will be the city’s first five-star hotel, featuring 172 hotel rooms and 37 for-sale, hotel-branded residences on floors 10 through 27, the only offering of its kind in Tampa Bay. The project topped out in early 2021, with construction completion on schedule for the end of 2021.
In addition to the private dedicated residential lobby, the 5-Star Tampa EDITION hotel will have it’s own elegantly designed lobby and lounges.
A Michelin star restaurant coming to Water Street
The EDITION Hotel will feature a Michelin star rated chef. Restaurant details are to be announced soon!
