The 7-story garage is being demolished to make way for the 57-story M-Tower Apartment building, designed by Nichols Architects. Our team went to Clearwater last week and came back with great images! There’s been fast construction progress, and the waterfront hotel Alanik is now reaching its 8th level. When the tower is done, it will be connected by a bridge to the existing Opal Sands, also designed by Nichols Architects in 2015.

A 7-story downtown Miami parking garage is set to be demolished to make way for a 57-story apartment building called M-Tower, after a demolition permit was approved.
