New Photos of 36-Story Modera Riverside In Downtown Miami – The Next Miami
The Next Miami paid a visit to Modera Riverside, designed by Nichols Architects, and got great night photos from the river view. The residential building rises 36 floors and will include 428 apartments when it is complete. A second tower, Nexus Riverside, has already been filed and approved by the Miami Urban Review Board. Mandarin Oriental set to open $1.5 billion hotel in Boca Raton – SFBJ
A Mandarin Oriental Hotel is being constructed at the corner of Federal Highway and East Camino Real in downtown Boca Raton.
